Consecutive scanned plat-book pages, numbered 320 (p11), 322 (p13), 323 (p14) in the book's own hand-written pagination. p12 records a 'Partial Vacation Book 357 Page 20, of Blocks 16-17'; p13 is the surveyor's certificate ('as shown by the plat upon which this certified statement is endorsed ... Coy and Bridge Addition to Council Bluffs Iowa, correctly represents the survey'); p14 the county treasurer's certificate. That is one recorded plat record, not an assessor report. NOTE: the segmenter also splits 8-14 here, and in one earlier run drew the boundary at exactly 10/11 — this correction was derived from the plat-book page numbering, not from that agreement. Depends on ASSUMPTIONS['plat_records_are_other'].
